We will check your home before and after every renter and perform weekly security checks inside and out. Your home is safe in our hands. We will schedule housekeeping services after every renter, and after you if you wish!
 

We will aggressively advertise your home throughout Oregon and Washington, and via the Internet.
 

We will be available for 24-hour emergency service for you and your renters. We will book renters, collect rental income, and collect and pay the 7% city tax.
 

We will issue a monthly income statement.
