   We at North Beach Vacation Rentals want you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The following are our policies for your consideration. We are happy to assist with special requests, and would welcome any further questions you may have.
 
  • Manzanita BeachCheck-in:  4 PM (earlier if possible)
     
  • Check-out:  11AM
     
  • Summer Rates:  May - September
     
  • Winter Rates:  October - April
     
  • Summer rates apply on all major holidays
     
  • First night deposit required to hold reservation
     
  • Refundable damage deposit required on all reservations
     
  • Non-refundable cleaning fee per home
     
  • All homes have a 2-night minimum, and holiday booking have a 3-night minimum
     
  • Full refund with a 30 day advance cancellation
     
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit (first night's rent)
     
  • No refunds for shortened stays
     
  • Rates subject to change without notice
     
  • Some restrictions may apply
